No cookies, no analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served by the website itself, with no call to a third-party service. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept.
Forms
Waitlist: we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us (city, children’s school level, family phones). We use it only to get back to you about Clanou and to prepare the pilot. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
Contact form: we receive your email address, the subject and your message, only to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the requests sent to us.
This information is not shared, not sold and not used to train any artificial intelligence model.
Retention
Waitlist sign-ups and messages are kept until the service opens, and at most three years after our last exchange. We delete them sooner if you ask.
Hosting, email delivery and technical data
The website is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use them to identify visitors.
What you enter in a form reaches us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc.), our email delivery provider, which does not use it for its own purposes.
Cloudflare and Resend are US companies; data transfers to the United States are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent: write to us through the . We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Updates
We will extend this policy before the pilot opens. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
